Grafana IRM provides customizable incident settings that let you tailor your incident response workflow to match your organization’s processes and terminology. By configuring these settings, you can standardize your incident management process and ensure consistency across teams.
Before you begin
To configure incident settings in Grafana IRM, you need:
- A Grafana Cloud account with Admin permissions
- Access to the Grafana IRM application and an understanding of your incident response process.
Access incident settings
You can review and update incident settings at any time.
- In the Grafana Cloud main menu, go to IRM > Settings.
- Select the Incidents tab.
- Configure incident response settings
