Think about what you accomplished: you verified that your Prometheus server was collecting metrics, configured the remote_write block with your Grafana Cloud credentials, and confirmed that metrics are now flowing to Mimir.

You can query those metrics in Grafana right now.

This same pattern, configuring your existing tool to point to Grafana Cloud, applies to the other metrics methods too. InfluxDB, Graphite, and OpenTelemetry all follow a similar approach: configure your sender, authenticate with Grafana Cloud, and your data flows.
